"Resort staff was exceptional. Amenities were excellent. Check in was great, only one thing i see need to talk about. I personally feel rooms need updating, very dated, brighter drapes, carpets and balcony needs cleaning and painting."

"We booked a king bed room, were informed when we got there that no king beds available. I asked about compensation for the difference and was told no. Hotel also had a kids baseball team staying there with kids banging around the halls at 10 pm with nothing done."

"Experience this charming and cozy retreat! The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the free use of kayaks and canoes, which added a delightful touch to our visit."

"Tried to call front desk and no answers. Only one pool and one outside our room was down since 2025 but was not informed. Said it was a sound proof room and people above us moved furniture and kept running or walking till late night. No air condition in restaurant. Waitress on patio had no care that ..."

"Negative Punkte, persönlich keine Weiterempfehlung! Wir hatten eine Hütte für drei Nächte gebucht. Die inserierten Bilder auf Expedia sahen ordentlich aus, aber in echt war das Moorhaven einfach abgenutzt... Nach kurzer Inspektion der Unterkunft hatten wir schreckliche Kopfschmerzen von Raumduft. ..."
