“The room was clean. The bathroom was tired and dated but fit for purpose. Overall good area for what we wanted and good value for overnight stay.”

“Wall and door not very sound proof can heard next door guests knocking the door or talking outside.. Hosts are very nice and provide us fruits on arrival.”

“The water pressure in the shower was very low and shower therefore not enjoyable. The unit was not very clean eg you could write your name in the dust on top of the microwave. In saying that, the reception staff were lovely and we had a fun stay in Palmerston North”

“In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. ”
