Hotel is in bad shape. The smell is so bad I had to put towels at the bottom of the door crack to try and keep it out of the room. Breakfast area was small and dirty with flies. Do NOT stay here. I want a refund

The property was dirty and smelled throughout entire building. We were only there for a short time while traveling. We skipped breakfast. The sausage looked old and reheated. The juice dispenser didn’t work and was warm on the inside. The bed was lopsided. And they only gave two small pillows per bed. Walls were dirty and bathtub was.

This property is a mix of old/outdated and some updating. I had complained to the manager that some animal feces was found on the carpet of our room which was not supposed to have animals allowed, and I requested a refund/credit of some kind and he said he would respond to my request but he did not as of this date. The shower pan in our room was very aged and dirty. The room otherwise was not bad. The breakfast was decent but there seems to be one person running the front desk and breakfast and everything to do with the hotel except for the cleaning staff. Everyone was kind and friendly. The pool area was nice and clean.
