Pool and hot tub closed the whole time for “maintenance”, didn’t get room service one time, had to ask for toilet pape, clean towles and soap. Our toilet did not flush. Shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold. Paint is a little shabby and bathroom tub leaked a LOT. But, we stay at this hotel every time we travel and we like the convenience. Room is always clean and comfortable. Still has the look of the old Quality Inn but we understand this takes time... and money. I wouldn't want to stay long term, but the room was clean, staff friendly and bed comfortable. ##### Cheryl 2026 年 3 月入住 1 晚 ### 2/10 糟糕 #### Debbie 2026 年 3 月 10 日 The building and rooms are much older than I had anticipated which never really bothers me but when I entered the room, the sheets were a dingy color and the pillows looked like someone had laid down on them. There is an excellent restaurant within walking distance, which was the only highlight of this trip. When I returned from my dinner, I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush and at the same time discovered my door would not lock with the bolt. When asked for assistance, the staff also discovered the door wouldn’t lock and told me that I would be safe with the little flip lock at the top of the door because they would watch on the cameras! At 10:30 at night I was awakened by a public safety announcement that told everyone in the area to lock their doors. Stay inside and turn their lights on. Needless to say I didn’t get any sleep that night. Further, it didn’t look like anything in the room had been wiped down. The microwave was disgusting and greasy even on the outsider! Needless to say, I did not stop there on my way back home and have just finished a wonderful and restful sleep at the quality Inn in Fillmore Utah.
