From the moment we arrived the staff were really lovely, the lady who checked us in promptly showed us to our room which was absolutely amazing! The little touches of the porridge pot’s & orange juice were lovely! Makes a nice change to have plenty of sockets in a room too. The shower had great water pressure and the toiletries were really good. We ate in the pub and the food was exceptional along with the attentive staff, we didn’t have to wait long for our meals and we’d been told on arrival our 1st drink was free. I unsuccessfully tried to book an Uber to the wedding venue we were attending and a lovely lad behind the bar ordered one for us which was there in minutes which was really appreciated! The room was lovely, clean & very cosy. Towels etc changed daily. Kettle & coffee machine in the room, stocked well with all you need. Water, juice & snacks also available. I didn't get chance to have a meal this time as so busy. I will definitely stay again & make sure I have a meal next time.
