The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

There are tea and coffee making facilities in a kitchen area (as well as in the room) and an honesty bar. All are decorated to a 5-star standard.
