“La chambre est quelconque, à notre arrivée : pas de serviette, pas de savon de douche. Le coffre ne fonctionne pas, ce qui oblige de se balader avec passeport et argent. Et le ballon d’eau chaude ne permet pas de couvrir l’ensemble des chambres. Mais c’est surtout l’absence de service qui pose un problème. “I think this resort is a bit overrated. It was obviously nice, it's a 5-star Hilton. But things were ridiculously overpriced. One mojito costs around €15! “ The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are low quality. Very old decor with bits of the wall & ceiling filled in with filler. The air conditioning didn't work. There were exposed wires. Rusty handles. Bathroom shower water temperature was irregular. Bedsheets were old, unironed and they weren't changed regularly. Swimming pool isn't cleaned and hotel guests rarely go in the pool. We had to sometimes ask for towels. The manager says the rooms are fully booked and say they can……
