Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Great hotel. Clean rooms and the people there were awesome. Very polite and engaging and friendly. I will definitely be back.
Front desk ladies and hostess were so helpful and great to chat with. Truly great people. Thank you ladies.
The staff is so friendly and nice specially abeer. However, the ac is not clean and made us cough so we had to turn it off. The beds are very old, the mattress was dented and we requested it to be changed but the hotel was full apparently.
The water is not hot enough, and tastes so weird when used to brush our teeth. I would recommend using bottled water.
We were very disappointed with this hotel considering the amount of money we paid. The facilities are far below expectations, and the photos on the website are misleading.
We paid for two connected premium sea view twin rooms but were given separate rooms with only partial sea view.
Our rooms were not properly cooled and the small air conditioner leaked water continuously, flooding the wall and the floor under our bed, which didn’t just leak to our luggage, but also caused a slippery hazard.
The bathrooms had water flooding right after every shower, and the bathroom reeked of sewage odor, the room was not changed despite consistent asking and false promises by the front desk.
The elevators frequently broke down, making it very inconvenient.
On top of that, the staff were unhelpful and restrictive. They even tried to charge us for valet parking, despite the website clearly stating it is free. We had to refuse several times before they finally gave in.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and absolutely not worth the premium price.
The only good part of it is the location.

Disliked: Amenities
I paid extra money for junior suite sea view. On my check in, front desk assigned a room on the 3rd. Floor which you barely can look at the sea from this floor. It feels 1st. Floor with old shops across the street can see insides my room.
I asked for Pocket of ice, they delivered small one the size of two cups charged $4.
I have been twice to this hotel, both times the service and the staff were very kind and professional.
The location of the hotel is perfect to discover Beirut.
