"The hotel was very nice. Staff was great. Everyone spoke English as well, which was very helpful. In room dining and the restaurant were both great quality. Only downside was the mattress; zero support. "
"We appreciated our stay. Although the hotel is older, we liked its classic features. Enjoyed the spa and the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Loved Belgrade and our visit was made complete because of the comforts of Hotel Metropol Palace. Will happily return to the hotel on our next visit."
"The dump was a mess with a leaking toilet and things falling apart. The toilet was stinking. They had excuses for everything. The worst hotel experience ever in my 32 years of traveling. I should be given a refund for that dreadful experience."
"The property was good value with helpful, friendly staff. The location was good as there was a nearby bus stop and getting to central Belgrade was simple."
"To start with the location, the hotel is in a good location close to the public square and several touristic attractions. Several tram/bus station are at 5 min walking from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have asked for touristic guidance and they were so kind to answer all my questions.
The terasse of the hotel has a nice view.
When it comes to the breakfast it is considered average. Rooms are clean and averagely furnished. It is fair for what is paid for."
