“I love how the host was accommodating of my overnight schedule and kept in contact when needed. I also loved the fact the door has a security lock so only certain people can come in I felt very safe with that and will consider that for my own home!”

“The place was super clean and stocked with things you may have forgotten to pack. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to consider new mattresses. However, it could just be that i am old and everything hurts my back. Lol. Overall, we were really happy with the stay!”

“We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars……

“The house was clean and tidy, check in went smoothly. The linens were clean and abundant. The couches were comfortable. The leg on one of the beds appeared to be broken or close to breaking, so we utilized the other room. There were many lights out in the kitchen and no light for the living room. Most of the knobs on the stove are broken, but we were able to manage cooking. There were ants in several rooms and we did see a mouse in the kitchen. Overall it was an adequate place to stay -……

“This was the perfect place for our family. It was nice because there was a downstairs with two bathrooms and almost like a little apartment. Had a little kitchenette and its only living room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the middle level, is the kitchen and another living room. there couldn’t have been awith two bathrooms and almost like a little apartment.
