“I'm genuinely surprised this hotel has a 4/5-star rating. We checked in around midnight after spending the day at a family event and checked out around 6:00 a.m., so we only had a few hours in the room—but unfortunately, it was one of the worst nights of sleep I've had at a hotel, especially for the price.
