After trouble finding the property, the receptionist greeted us with open arms and check-in was seamless. The room was immaculately clean and fresh towels and bedding were provided twice in our week’s stay. The hotel is a simple 5-minute walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby, all reasonably priced. We would definitely stay there again next year. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit on our first trip to Benidorm :)

Fantastic stay

The staff was fantastic and make our stay memorable. The location of the apartments is perfect for exploring the city with plenty options for restaurants, bar and supermarkets at close by. Big hello to Alberto and all the staff at the reception that greeted us with a big smile.

The apartment was very clean and the location was ideal. The process to enter after lobby hours was well explained and easy to follow. Many amenities close by and walkable access to the waterfront as well as nearby parks.

The location is ideal once find it, so ask the owner to ping you the location as easy once know. Greatly situated in old town, everything you need and a very comfy sofa bed. Lady very accommodating and organised. Definitely would book again if came to Benidorm again. 😊👍

The apartments were easy to locate (not sure why previous reviews had difficulty) and I was greeted by an English speaking receptionist called Alberto. Although arriving 3 hours before official check-in, Alberto delivered the news that my room was ready which was a massive bonus due to the heat outside. I had a room on the 7th floor serviced by either stairs or a lift. Having recently had a replacement hip operation, my choice was simple. On entering the room via key card I was met with a basic layout of bathroom equipped with shampoo/shower gel/soap/toilet roll and then the open plan living area of 2 single beds pushed together, table with 2 chairs, wall mounted TV, air conditioning unit, wardrobe and a small but adequate kitchen. The kitchen area included a 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, pots and pans with plates/bowls/cutlery. On holiday I rarely cook but everything was there if I wanted to. The bed was comfortable and a sliding window door took you onto a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. On leaving the property you are a 2 minute walk from the British pub Vincent's and a 4 minute walk from Poniente beach and the start of the Old Town shops and bars. Check out time is 10am. My flight home wasn't until 9.30pm. A day before departure I spoke to Alberto regarding keeping my room on. He said if it wasn't booked for that day I could. Long story short I ended up paying €20 to have the room until 7pm when I left for the airport. Alberto was absolutely fantastic

El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado, cerquita de la playa y del centro con todo tipo de opciones para comer, tomar algo... Muy buena relación calidad precio. Todo limpio. El sofá cama no es especialmente cómodo, pero la verdad es que hemos descansado bien! Hay un parking gratuito no muy lejos del alojamiento. Recomendable 💯
