Rincon de Loix: Large, cosy holiday development "Rinconada Real". In the resort 300 m from the centre of Rincon de Loix, in the district Playa de Levante, in a sunny position, 800 m from the sea, from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), beautiful garden with lawn and trees, 2 swimming pools fenced (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (extra), barbecue, children's playground, public parking on the road. Grocery, restaurant, bar, bus stop "Benidorm" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, walking paths from the house 80 m. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia 1 km, Mundomar 1 km, Terra Mitica 7 km, Terra Natura 7 km, Alicante 42 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 53 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
"Rinconada Real", 3-room bungalow 97 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 4 adults. Spacious and bright, simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room 15 m2 with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen 6 m2 (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Air-conditioning. Upper floor: 1 room 7 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room 15 m2 with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating.
