“We enjoyed our stay in Berlin, Md. The location was perfectly located between Assateague Island and OCMD. The house was clean and well maintained. We did have to call to get the unit number and it was a little confusing finding the place at first. The community and amenities were very nice and also well maintained. “This property was perfect for us as it gave us the quiet and calm that a home should, but still within minutes of beach and all that Ocean City has to offer. Groceries, drug store, gas, and other items are just outside the community, so that made it easy to grab essentials in and out each day. Kim was great too, easy to get a hold of and checked in on us before and after the stay. ”

“This rental was as listed and shown in pictures! It was very comfortable and especially loved the screened in porch. Only a few minor things that were relayed to the owner. The road in front of house had a lot of traffic so we didn’t feel safe to walk dogs thus 4 stars. Owner was very responsive! I wished there were cable channels. Restaurants and grocery stores very close to home. We had a nice time.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! We were in town to compete in the White Marlin Open, and the dock and canal worked out wonderful for our boat. We had great weather, so we took advantage of the fire pit every night. Home was well equipped and clean (although it could use a deep clean like most rentals). The neighbors were very nice and the adjacent walking pier was enjoyable for an evening stroll. Recommend a stay for anyone considering. ”
