“Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well”

“The room were not that clean and we found bugs not. BEd bugs but stil”

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“What an incredible weekend we were able to have because of this amazing resort! Thank you for being so kind to us from check in to check out. We were only able to stay one night but still were able to enjoy the water park after check out Til 3. Thank you again for being so wonderful! ”

“The lobby staff was great! The room was dirty, hasn't been dusted in forever and the floor was dirty. They give you dish soap but no dish rag. No utensils. The beach view was great. Something new is they charge for parking.”

“Parking was awful if you are there for any type of event weekend. Spaces are ”

“Previous guest’s food left in fridge. Room not serviced for four days despite asking reception. Breakfast well below standard, and two mornings there were serving problems from no staff to broken equipment. The whole place is run down, understaffed. I won’t be staying there again. The only saving grace is the beach position, but dozens of hotels in OBX have that. ”
