Property and staff were excellent

The toilet was separate from the shower and had no ventilation and when you flush the toilet the water splashes out even with the lid on. Other than that I loved the property.

Hotel St-Julian is the perfect way to experience the town and unique neighborhoods of Biarritz. Phillip and his wife are the best of host. St. Julian is situated on a quaint side street, but so close to the beaches, bakeries, and cafes that we did not use our car once. The hotel is amazing, fully remodeled , our room was exquisite. The surfaces in each part of the room are tastfully matched with beautiful refinished old wood floors complemented by bathrooms tiled with uniquely new artisan...

This hotel has the perfect location right on the water and city center. The staff was wonderfully attentive upgrading our room to an oceanfront suite because one was available. The only complication was the lack of parking and the complication of reaching the hotel to drop off your luggage. But once I called the hotel we got good directions on where we could park.

This place blew us away. We have stayed all over the world in hotels that cost a lot more money or similar. The experience here was absolutely top notch. The receptionist and other staff were so helpful and so sweet. We were so impressed by the level of service and how friendly everyone was. Such a great experience. We will send all our friends and family here. Exceptional.

Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again.

We loved staying at this hotel - our bedroom was beautiful (and huge), combining old charm with modern beauty (bathroom was nicely updated). The front desk staff was very nice and helpful - they helped us figure out the local bus system to go to an indoor spa just outside of town on a rainy day when we could not go to the beach and gave us good restaurant recommendations for dinner! Four star that could be a five star. Excellent staff, beautiful rooms, and if you book ocean views from the 3rd floor … be prepared for gorgeous views of the beach and ocean across the street.

Beautiful room overlooking the sea! The bal ch ont is acne ce for coffee in the morning watching the surfers. Warm friendly staff. Short walk into area with restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!
