El hotel no está a la altura de un 5 estrellas. Los servicios, limpieza y comida, no son acordes a lo esperado en un hotel de este nivel. Cabe destacar la atención de su personal, particularmente Emilio y Luciano, que han sido muy amables y atentos. Pero, nuevamente, el personal del hotel es muy escaso. Lamentablemente, no puedo recomendar este hotel, ya que no considero que sea un hotel 5 estrellas.
