“The property is excellent Working with Expedia on a refund for days not used is absolutely poor”

“we booked a nonsmoking queen size room- when we booked it it said breakfast was included- when we arrived, we were given a smoking room with two beds in it. one of the beds had been slept in and not made- i went back to the front desk and told them what we had booked and what we had received- they gave us another room- this one was also a smoking room and had dirty dishes in the sink and a moldy shower. went back to the front desk and asked if they had any nonsmoking rooms available and was put……

“The hotel was extremely clean. Very nice property. HOWEVER…. The guy who checked us in was awful. He did not greet us at all. Barely said a word. Handed us our key with no instructions. He didn’t tell us about breakfast, wifi of check out. Literally nothing. Come on people, you are in customer service.”

“The bed and pillows were top shelf - very comfortable! My back is sensitive to poor mattress quality - these were the best. I stayed at a Marriott in another state the night prior, and this setup was just as comfortable as the Marriott. Highly recommend! The staff was great too.”
