“Condition of residence much better in photos. No hand soap or hand towels. Only 2 bath towels for 2 people. Only soap in unit was dish soap. Changed check-in time from 1600 to 1700 which was not convenient. Could have used better instructions to access parking garage off main road and then provide walking directions to unit. With a little more TLC this place could be outstanding. In its current state I would not stay again. One pillow had no case and was stained. Beds rickety and thin memory……

“It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was……

“The property is absolutely top-notch. The location is STUNNING!! My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property. “This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. The opposite of that is the case with this place! It was spacious, comfortable, the view truly is breathtaking and it was spotlessly clean. Also, the owner is so nice and the communication was easy and quick,……

“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”
