"The hotel is definitely not new and it shows in the little things. The service and quality of the facility is excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractions are that it is an older facility. The carpet in the hallways is dated and bears the stains of many high strength cleanings, with bleached out spots. The elevator floors have had the tiles patched with non-matching sealer that makes the floor look worse than a broken tile would look. The wall covering around the elevator controls are in need of replacement, showing many years of guests' dirty hands and attempts to clean the stains left on the walls. Overall, for the rates, I would say it is a good value. Obviously, it's not a luxury hotel, but with a few touches, it could regain the elegance it appears it once had."

"The overhead door roller could use cleaning/lubrication for smoother operation. Door hinges throughout were squeaking and could use lubrication. As an early riser not waking others this was an issue. Overall, the Farm House exceeded expectations and was a good value. "

"Our stay at the Pinery was amazing. The location was perfect being close to downtown Parker and castle rock. Everything was exceptional. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and laundry as well as other added amenities. We will come back "

"Rooms were all very clean and well kept, kitchen was stocked with an abundance of pantry items that were accessible and had everything we needed to cook, the pool was heated to a perfect temperature and my daughter loved. Would absolutely stay again, everyone who came was in love with the property! The host was extremely responsive and helpful to any and all questions that arose "
