Front desk staff were excellent. Noticed that maid service never vacuumed the hallway on 3rd floor during our 5 day visit - same stuff remained on carpet. 2 of the 4 days breakfast area was not attended to very well - dirty tables, dirty counters where food was and guests had to request more food items. Lupe was not around - if hotel is serving breakfast someone should always be around.
Staff was excellent and the Rooms were clean, The rest was terrible. Breakfast food was cold. And the juice machine was broken so there was no drinks. Just some warm milk. The bathroom
Overall the stay was pretty good, it’s quiet, calm and the area is pretty nice! Only thing they do need to clean a bit better inside the room and check the appliances, I unfortunately didn’t have a working fridge which is fine we had a cooler to keep our beverages cold with ice since we were there for a soccer tournament. The staff and breakfast were amazing I can’t complain bout that! I would definitely stay there again.
We stayed at the Hampton for 3 nights while waiting to move into our new house. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, including housekeeping and the breakfast crew. Terrance and Jennifer were both so kind, patient, and accommodating while we were stressed out nuts!!! Thank you to everyone there!
