Nin-na-stako: Chief Mountain is constructed of recycled materials and remnants from the flood of June 8, 1964. Old rusted barbed wire was used for the tail and mane of the horses. The base is made from sandstone harvested from the Two Medicine Catholic Mission which was built in the late 1800's. This is located near the Montana and Canada Border on Hwy. 89. The Canadian border is 1.25 km north from this sculpture. #OnTheRoad

"Our kids were a bit apprehensive about staying at a house without Wi-Fi (or cell service), but they did not miss it! The house was inviting for our group in a beautiful setting. The mountains were so close and the house was very private. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we had some great meals around the dining table. Beds allowed for comfortable sleeping for all. If we were in the area again, we would definitely stay here! "
