“Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next.……

“My two friends and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The owners and their sons were kind and personable. Our room was a generous size and the bed and bath linen were high quality. It was wonderfully clean and warm. We will visit again. Also, it was within walking distance to the Goya Museum and the downtown core. ”
