We booked this through Expedia while searching for Moab, but it’s actually 1.5 hours away in Blanding. That was just the start. We are traveling with a newborn and found the room to be a health hazard. There were fecal stains in the toilet upon arrival, a strong smell of urine outside our door, and the room itself smelled foul. The advertised pool is closed and looks abandoned. We didn’t sleep all night because of the stench and the hygiene concerns for our baby. Despite these biohazards, the hotel refuses to refund us. It is completely unacceptable to prioritize a "no refund" policy over basic human sanitation.
