The units were quiet and effective in warming up the room (lows were in the 40s so we ran the heat and not the AC). Rooms themselves were on the smaller side but nicely appointed. Kitchen area had everything you would need to cook. Breakfast offerings were simple....coconut chia pudding with some fresh berries on top, a "hot pocket" type sandwich made from puff pastry, eggs, ham and pepper, assortment of bread, tea, cereal, yogurt, coffee bar, milk and almond milk. Whole wheat cinnamon rolls for breakfast were delicious! The lavendar soap, shampoo and conditioner were absolutely heavenly after a long drive! I have already shared the lodge information with 2 friends that travel through that area. I will definitely stay again. I was really looking forward to Chia pudding for breakfast but was up and gone too early to try it. The staff were all welcoming and kind. It was unique, the reason I chose it. It was first class. This is a quality built and appointed place hidden inside a regular-looking hotel, located in a somewhat middle class residential/business area.
