“Wifi and toilet flush were weak, brrakfast was great, frint desk and bell guys were friendly and helpful.”

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“The staff was very helpful and nice ,when our child got sick they provided with the information to get assistance .The location was very convenient few blocks from the beach. Excellent breakfast.The only inconvenience was that our reservation included breakfast but they didn’t have that information at check in time , so every morning they had to notify the person in charge to provide the service.”

“Great location, close to beach and excellent restaurants. Hotel was clean and hotel staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. All the restaurants, and tours they recommended were great! Cons: the walls/ doors are paper thin. You can hear EVERYONE. People getting off the elevator, anyone in the hall and even the morning cleaning staff. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs or request a room as far away from the elevator as possible. There is only one small sheet on the bed. The……

“The size of the apartment is not accurate in the photos shown in the listing. It look way bigger in the photos. The beds are uncomfortable and have old dirty matresses. The bed sheets and pillows are old and passed useful life. Bath room is small and it was not optimal. The kitchen barely fits one person. Overall, for a family with children this is not recommended”

“Location location location!! Really close to copacabana beach, 3 mins to metro, supermarket is just arround the corner. Breakfast is a plus. Dont expect any service from conceige after you check in. ( breakfast place got good service thru) Room is basic. Air - con is individual one and considered as a weak one.”
