I loved the ocean view from my room. The housekeeping staff kept everything organized and spotless. Room service was delivered when promised and set up beautifully. I loved all the breakfast choices, the restaurant staff and the beautiful setting. The manager led a tour through the historical section of the hotel. I really appreciated his comments and knowledge.

I want to sincerely thank Copacabana for their understanding and support. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to board my flight because I didn’t have the required visa to enter Brazil — a last-minute issue that completely changed my plans. Despite this, they accepted my refund request without any hassle, and I truly appreciate the fairness and professionalism shown. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days. Although I couldn’t make it this time, I’m definitely looking forward to booking my stay with them on my next trip to Brazil. Kudos to the team for being so considerate — you’ve earned my loyalty!
