"This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement. "We had a great stay here. It was my wife and I and our 3 kids and they each brought a friend. The home had so much room for everyone. From sleeping arrangements to seating to dining options, inside and out, it was a really great fit. This home isn’t the stereotypical short term rental (sterile and void of personality) and it had trash bags, paper towels, some spices, kitchen utensils and more so it felt more home’ish and comfortable. We had a really great stay. "
