Everything was clean and check in was smooth! We had everything we needed and this place was in a nice quiet neighborhood but also close to lots of shopping and entertainment. Would stay here again & highly recomend!

The house was nice and clean. Easy to find and get to. We found a little playground we could walk to just a block down the street. All in all great stay. It would have been nice to have a TV in our room as my wife likes to fall asleep to a show, but that's not too big of a deal to us. All around great experience.

This was a beautiful home that was quiet and spacious. The neighborhood was very safe, and we appreciated the fenced backyard for our children as well as the thoughtful items available for us to use in the home. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the attached garage was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location for the activities. They even cleared the driveway after a decent snow storm. It was nice to have garage access with the snow storms. Home was very clean and kitchen had basic necessities.

Wonderful Home!

We came as a family (2 adults and three teenage children) to enjoy Boise and the amenities. This property is in a great location, close to the interstate, as well as grocery stores and food. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was hot and the central air worked perfectly. The home is super comfortable and well appointed. Management was very kind with timely communication and a super easy checkout process. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The home and location were excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Landlord attentive.

Although the home was nice, it was a bit outdated. Only television was in living room and the sofa's were very uncomfortable. They desperately need to be upgraded to reclining sofa and chairs to enjoy watching TV. I 'm not sure if cleaning agent used on sofa's made me itch but had to sit on stool from kitchen to be able to enjoy down time with family watching TV. Besides that everything else was good. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Private, fenced yard

Great Meredian location, less than 5min from the Interstate, Albertsons and Walmart just minutes away. Less than 5min away is a great walking/bath path. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. House has a good, functional layout. Yard is nice sized and fully enclosed with 6ft privacy fence. Good grass. My pup was safely off leash which was what I wanted. Beds in master and other bdrm room (not the one with the small beds, we didn't use it) were very good. Might have been the best bed I've slept on away from home. Big strike was the house not being clean. Management was notified and they were kind and concerned, offering to send the cleaners back and providing financial reimbursement. Jay and Brian were very kind and good to work with.
