“The personal the atención they give to us wonderfully people”

“The property is large and about 50 minutes from the airport in the middle of nowhere. The food options are great!! Reservations are not required for the restaurants but you have to get there at least 15 minutes before they open if you want to get a table. The selection of food at the buffet and the different restaurant are excellent. The people and service are are also excellent. The only con to this property is the beach. It is not very clean and we witnessed one of the souvenir vendors deal……

“There was a “jacuzzi” however it was just a tub and no jets and when we used the desk called and said we were flooding the area below us. Why have a Jacuzzi and not be able to use it? Why call a large tub a jacuzzi?”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk down a paved road. AC in the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The pool is small, but clean and sunny. ”

“The swimming pool is huge, can easily accommodate scores of people. Rooms basic, but entirely sufficient for overnight stay. If staying longer, one might like to have a small fridge in the room, especially as no lunch services in the facility. (The two of us had a portable cooler that proved sufficent for out purposes during our one-week stay). Breakfast, dinner entirely satisfactory, the latter served 7-8 PM only. -- Price-to-room ration favourable”

“When we arrived there was a hiccup at airport / rental car. I was very concerned but called Thisbee. She calmed me, explained options, and was a trusted colleague. The owners went well above their “jobs” to assure our stay was perfect, and it was. ”

“This community of small Villas was perfect for our stay. The grounds were beautiful and the staff were very helpful and kind. The location was very convenient, being next to a supermarket and a 10 minute walk from the local beach. The rooms are not luxury, but nice for this price and they have everything you need. We had a problem with our AC unit on the first night, but the staff was quick to offer us a new room while it was being repaired. The breakfast was traditional Costa Rican……

“This was the perfect place for us to really enjoy the beach walking distance from our room. The staff was lovely, and the food at the restaurant was very very good. The sunset from the beach restaurant could not have been any better. The walk to the main avenue of tourist shops maybe takes 15-20 minutes, but walking along the beach makes it very pleasant. ”

“Room was good for the price. We were unable to access our room because we couldn’t reach the manager to let us in. Had to wait at a nearby restaurant for an hour before she responded to our messages and then met us at the gate.”

“I have to say this was a very nice place for the price point. The location is great. 5 minutes from Coco and 2 minutes to the beach. Nice pool and secure grounds. Restaurants, convenient store and awesome coffee shops next to the property. If I had to say something cautionary- it would be that it it small. It’s a 2 bedroom but the living area and kitchen are for one or two people. But if you are on the go then it’s a great base camp for more. I would definitely stay at this location again !!!”

“A delightful and easy hotel right in Playa Del Coco. Walkable everywhere- town, beach, shopping and staff is low key and easy to engage with. Its aimple, basic and perfect for being able to hang out in Coco”

“The place had amazing views. The staff was very nice. The number of bedrooms/ bathrooms was very misleading. I would not recommend that an adult sleep on a pull out couch.”
