“They should not be allowed to list as Downtown Jackson “Cozy” it was not that at all. Place is run down, dirty, noisy (with refrigerator noises), very odd, and in disrepair. Information provided said street parking only 3 hours between certain day hours, information provided told us to park on another street during the day. Luckily, we didn’t have to jockey the car around as owners allowed to park in their driveway as they said they were not going to be there for the 4 nights we stayed (we……

“We enjoyed this unit - it had everything we needed for our visit with family. We appreciated that wood was available for the fireplace. As always with Outpost, check-in was easy. There was an unforeseen water disruption to the entire area during our stay, and Outpost was quick to find an alternate unit for us nearby. They even gave us the option of staying at either unit, once water was restored at the original one. Their staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. ”
