Nice rooms, nice pool. A little pricey for what it is. The continental breakfast is poor. Most doors on the exterior are either broken, or won't unlock. There was 1 towel in the room. Staff at the desk gave us whatever we asked for towel wise. It was a good stay for what and when it was, on labor Day. .. .

Unfortunately the customer service wasn’t there. However only one young man was helpful. We had to call the front desk for a service issue since we couldn’t get the tv to work and we were told that they would not send someone to our room to resolve the issue but to look into the guide ourselves, which we already did do. And they did not budge at all to try and fix the issue. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again. Room was nice and it was clean.
