“the listing says you will have the property to yourself, it isn't true! the owners were living upstairs and they were home... when we got there, it looked like they weren't expecting us. patio furniture was tipped over, dirty dishes on the grill, some random garbage in the yard... there was no chain or lock on the inside so the owners had access to the unit at all times. didn't feel safe at all... we shared concerns with hotels.com and the owners and they didn't seem concerned at all about……

“We took 3 grandchildren to see Mt Rushmore, Needles Highway, Custer, Deadwood, Devil’s Tower, and Badlands NP. Great location. Comfortable , clean, safe. Close enough to town but rural enough for deer, turkey, rabbits all around. Loved it. ”

“We had a wonderful time. It is a great location to all the tourist activities throughout the area. The guy who checked us in was so kind and spent much time explaining activities for us to do while on our vacation. We appreciated how quiet the resort is and family-friendly. Also, reasonably priced.”

“Loved this historic home— charming, spacious for our group of 7! Nice and close to downtown. Great homebase for our family wedding trip. Rapid City provided us a great home from which we explored the Badlands and Wall Drug, the Black Hills (Spearfish and Bridal Veil Falls), Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse monument, and even Devils Tower in Wyoming. All this and a wedding within 5 days! Thanks for a great home to warm up in after the chilly spring winds.”

Pet friendly, brought our dig, they had a cute lil fenced off back yard for copper. Good hosts, no problems with anything at all”
