Morning coffee on the balcony was a treat and watching golfers was fun. The host was easy to work with and provided plenty of info. For anyone wondering late check out might be available for a small fee which was a great perk as we didn't fly out until 4pm and was granted a 2pm checkout. Seems all other rent-able places in Branson are 10am. We enjoyed the squirrels, many types of birds and quiet complex.
