This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is perfectly situated for any itinerary with boating, shopping, and family-friendly attractions nearby. Only leave the resort if you choose to though as the condo boasts many amenities to stay on the resort and relax! We have designed this condo with love to be comfortable. Great care was taken to ensure quality furniture that is beautiful as well as super comfy. Mattresses were picked for comfort as well as quality sheets and towels. We have tried to think of and provide for everything you may need in the kitchen to create the simplest of breakfasts' to the fullest of Holiday dinners. We hope you enjoy our happy place as much as we do! POINTE ROYALE AMENITIES: 1 Indoor & 2 outdoor seasonal pools, Hot tub, 2 playgrounds, fitness center, 18-hole golf course, pro shop, tennis courts, pickleball courts, grills & picnic areas, and on site restaurant. Golf Stay & Play deal! We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer this to our guests. Here’s what you need to know: $60 per person per round of 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99!) at Pointe Royale Golf Course. This applies to any guests within your reservation for as long as you are staying at the property. You must let me know that you plan on utilizing the Stay and Play. Guests must call to reserve a tee time (no online bookings). Will also need an email confirmation from me of booking. KITCHEN: Fully equipped appliances, dishware & flatware, toaster, crockpot, wine glasses, pod style coffee pot, and regular coffee pot GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens & towels, complimentary toiletries, washer & dryer, laundry detergent, central A/C & heating, trash bags & paper towels FAQ: This condo is entry level with the kitchen, dining room, living room, primary bedroom and bathroom being on the main floor with no steps. We are dog friendly, but must be agreed on prior to booking, so please ASK FIRST about bringing your dog along BEFORE BOOKING! DO NOT INSTANT BOOK WITHOUT DISCUSSING YOUR PET IN DETAIL WITH ME FIRST TO SEE IF IT MEETS OUR REQUIREMENTS!!! We consider 1-2 SMALL (<40lbs), ADULT, LOW SHEDDING dog. Pets must be completely house trained, are not allowed on furniture or beds, must be kenneled while you are away, leashed and picked up after outside, and current on flea and tic treatment. There is a $25 per night per pet non refundable pet fee. We do ask the following check out procedures be followed-these are standard for the area and are not included in the cleaning fee \-Heat at 60 degrees, or A/C left on at 75 degrees. Please leave A/C running at 70 degrees during the summer months-June through August. \-Remove garbage bags from each bathroom and kitchen. All trash is to be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters. \-Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and dishwasher started. \-Make sure ALL windows, doors, and sliders are closed and locked. \-(Optional) Please start one load of towels if you have time. You just need to start the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer the load to the dryer. This helps the cleaning crew so much in getting the laundry completed in time for the next guest. \-Leave white amenity cards on the counter. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and the older people in the group enjoyed the gym. This very busy family got to enjoy some family time and relax.
