Weekend Stay

The cabin was clean and as described. Check in was easy. The location of these cabins is great. They are centrally located so getting around Brandon was easy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Jetted tub jets didnt work. Hard to believe we were first ones to complain. One Vacation a year planned very well. Spent lots money. wanted peaceful romantic relaxing evenings. Didnt happen. Management never got back to us. Could say more but no point. Very disappointing not to get what u paid for n planned.

Nice cabin clean for the most part. stains on carpet, lots of dust on vents but a cute cabin. Otherwise clean and quiet, close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. Would be good if you could put some hooks near the shower for a towel. We had a great time it was a cute place.

Very nice overall. Soap dish in bathroom and place to put shampoo etc. in shower would be helpful. Door to our deck was difficult to open and was not locked (could not lock it). Loved the cabin decor and feeling of the place. Would definitely come back and recommend to others.

This was an excellent day. No complaints other than we wish. They would’ve had a Keurig coffee maker and the carpets look like they needed replaced. But we still enjoyed this place very much and when we come back again, we will be sure to reserve one.

It was OK

It was just OK with a few flaws. We chose this one because it had a jacuzzi but it didn’t work, wasn’t the cleanest cobwebs on walls and ledges and floors dirty, no skillet had to go buy one prior to cooking, shower curtain not long enough to keep the water from splashing out. Got all over the floor causing a slippery mess.

Cabin getaway

Nice place, close by everything! Our kitchen sink didn’t work, we notified the management and they sent maintenance over immediately. It was to be fixed by a plumber the next day, when we returned for the day it wasn’t fixed. Little disappointed.

It had been 3 years since our last trip to Branson and I was not ready for the changes in accommodations. 1st time I’ve encountered an extra charge for early check in. I’ve had good communication with the host prior to arrival including WiFi and door code information the day before or the morning of my arrival. I had a “passport “ on my phone but would always tell me “It’s too early “. So I arrive at 275 , open the passport and it advise we have to go to the clubhouse to check in. I do that then back to the cabin. A couple hours later I receive a text or email advising the office closes soon. Here’s your code to get in the cabin. Now I’m pissed! Why could I not have had that door code earlier in the day? You do change the code after every guest???About the unit:The door to the deck is very difficult if not impossible to lock. The deadbolt does not match up to the strike plate.The old furniture on the deck needs refurbished and tightened up. Very uncomfortable to sit there with it squeaking every move you make. The unit is oversized for the deck.The toaster is dangerous for a small child to be using. You dare not touch the toaster when you remove your toast when it’s complete or you will burn your fingers.The handle on the medium sized skillet in the unit, has a broken handle.That aside, I guess our visit was OK and the cabin suited our needs.But I have learned not to lease a unit through thousand hills.Next time we come to Branson, I will arrange a cabin with indi

Our stay was a special time for us celebrating birthday n 1yr anniversary. People were nice, and place was comfortable n relaxing. Also location was great close to town. Had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean n homey very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is in a great location, was clean, and had everything we needed. The best feature is the gas fireplace. Probably the worst thing was the water pressure in the shower, but we will definitely come back!

An excellent bed and responsive management

Worst negative: as another reviewer commented, the water pressure is quite low; I dreaded washing my hair in the shower. Perhaps it cannot be improved. Clean and well-stocked with the basic linens, towels, and kitchen necessities. Hardly room for two chairs on balcony which was in need of a good sweeping and cleaning. Centrally located but removed from the hustle-bustle of the strip. Never heard a peep out of the other half of the duplex so it was well sound-proofed. Pilot light for the fireplace hadn’t been lit yet so we called the office. Much to our surprise, a maintenance man came within 10 minutes and quickly handled the problem.

Very nice property; however, the inside of the shower curtain had mildew and mold on it and the shower water pressure was pretty pitiful. We didn’t use the kitchen or appliances. Overall it was a pretty nice cabin but fairly expensive after the Vrbo and cleaning fee’s were added.
