Upon arrival the hot water didn’t last more than a couple of minutes so we notified the front desk and they were quick to communicate. However, after being gone all day at SDC, we returned to maintenance in our unit and he had to work on the water heater for at least an hour. He was great, but the kids couldn’t use the bathrooms because the water was off and we couldn’t shower to get ready for the shows that evening because the tank took another 45 minutes to heat up. I called and asked to be moved to another unit and they just said he is finishing and thanks for your patience. The TV’s oddly aren’t smart TV’s so you couldn’t watch Netflix and the remote in the master wasn’t programmed correctly so that TV didn’t work.
