You can have a cozy movie night relaxing in bed and watch your favorite shows on the 55” TV. Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ are available for your use, but you will need to provide your own login.

The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you’ll need for whipping up tasty meals, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a microwave, a blender, a coffee machine, an air fryer, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. Enjoy meals together at the kitchenette island with seating for 2.

Coffee and tea are provided as well as sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking spray! Families will appreciate our additional child-sized utensils, making mealtime convenient and enjoyable for your little ones!

We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome one, house-trained dog at our home with an added pet fee of $30. If you're planning to bring your furry friend along, you must indicate it in booking.

You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than one dog, you’ll be subject to additional fees.

Guests will have private access to the entire property.

Parking is available next to the condo and guests should have no problem finding suitable parking.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided 2 hours prior to check in. The code is changed after every guest.

Please note there is a Nest security doorbell camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.
