"Great and delicious breakfast, very filling. Mãe was very nice, friendly and welcoming. Nice and clean room. Nice view. Delicious complementary hot chocolate. But the shower was bad. It was either freezing cold water or boiling hot water. No in between. The temperature of the water couldn't be set. "

"We received a very bright and confident warm reception upon arrival. The lodges are clean & new this year. The small kitchen was practical for our stay. We could either explore the wild wonders around Pedra Azul, agrotourism (eg. local coffee & strawberries) or sit in the jacuzzi and relax. The bedding was pretty comfy too. The environs in and out of the lodge, where as wonderful as at any high-end hotel that we’ve stayed in. I hope the team that cares for the lodges can continue to grow this...

"O local é lindo e um verdadeiro refúgio para quem quer se conectar com a natureza. Passamos apenas uma noite ali, mas farei duas críticas construtivas: acho que seria interessante ter um ar condicionado, para além da lareira, porque seria bem melhor para regular a temperatura. Além disso, na nossa vez, senti que a limpeza deixou a desejar. Tinham bastantes paranhos nos móveis e no teto, bem como poeira na escada logo acima da mesa da cozinha. No mais, tudo muito bom. "

"There is no shortage of "Pousada's", or bed and breakfasts, in the Urubici area. It seems to be the main cottage industry (pun kind of intended). This was a great place though, off the beaten track so it was very quiet and private. However, it was still just a few minutes from the main road and a great launching point for local attractions.
