Room was really clean with comfortable beds, quite small room but that doesn’t bother me. The ladies were really welcoming and guided us to places to see and eat at. Great value for money. Very near the sea. About 20 mins walk from train station.

Very friendly staff, my room had been upgraded which was appreciated. I had to check in late and staff waited although there was a £20 charge. Great location if you are attending the Brighton Centre. Lovely room.

Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton.

Rang the premises, about the parking situation. They said that you have to move your vehicle every two hours. In the end I decided to use public transport instead. Staff were welcoming! Bedroom was cleaned everyday. Loads of cafes in easy reach. The weather was glorious as well!!

Amazing staff member Tatiana who checked me in, quicky responded to my call and was very friendly and helped me with my bag. The room was very cramped and the carpet was very musty and desperately needed a deep clean. The beds had sharp metal legs that I kept catching my feet on painfully as there was so little space to manoeuvre around them. Adjoining door to next room meant I could hear every word they were saying. Overall an okay stay for a night.

The staffs were lovely and helpful. The location is quite close to the Pier and beach if you fancy that. Overall, the building at large has little space to fit every thing in to. Very tiny staircase, room, bed, wardrobe, the most frustrating was that I could barely fit into the shower, with a BMI of only 25. There was no fridge, kitchen service and the entire room has only 1 socket to plug everything I needed into; bedside lamp, phone, computer, boiling kettle etc. I was given a tiny piece of bathing soap and a towel for each day I stayed in. Overall, I felt this was very over-priced and aside the very helpful staff on ground, there was nothing else to remember about this place.

Woeful room and painfully expensive ! !

Only for the fact that the staff were so helpful and caring.... I was going to ask for a large refund on what i paid, i couldn't request an upgrade because i was in one of the best rooms already, a double with ensuite. On arrival i was excitedly asked did i know the room rate and could i pay immediately £199 per night, i was booked for 2 nights. The room was Woeful, it's the saddest and most tired room i have ever stayed in, small, cramped with what looked a 2nd hand bed from a charity shop, the bedding looked liked it had not been ironed and dressed with a couple of 12" cushions to give it that luxurious feel that in itself was a joke, the tv did not have a signal and just buffered and crackled, the kettle could not be filled with the basin tap because it was a standard kitchen kettle and too big, there wasn't a plug for the wash basin and although there were cup/glass holders over the basin they didn't have any in them ....The shelf was hilarious , it is an off cut of skirting board turned upside down and so badly fitted that everything falls of it ... And finally the towels gave me exfoliation i hadn't expected with 2 of them having holes as big as golf balls in them ! ! I think if i'd been homeless in the middle of January and offered a place here for the night Free, i would have found reasons to complain and then to top it off ...no breakfast ! ! I'm sorry i didn't upload any pics ... But i think i've painted a good picture here. Relax Inn sort it out ! !
