“nice location and staff friendly”

“On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.”

“Great price, very clean and tidy room. Staff were friendly. Walking distance to all the cool spots Brisbane has on offer.The rooftop views were awesome! If I have to pick a negative, it was just that the room lacked character. Not a romantic getaway style room, but, served our purpose nicely.”

Also, the location of the hotel was really convenient for travelers who would like to visit multiple places that they think are interesting. Moreover, this hotel provided such a great view, allowing visitors to take a vast peak of Brisbane city. Lastly, it provides visitors with a comfortable resting place.……

“The property is as good as it advertised. It is located at a convenient location. Although there is no front desk, we completed all check-in process online prior to our arrival. With the Rambla app which contains the digital key for accessing the lift and the apartment, it was just so easy and convenient. The WiFi was a bit weak though but it’s sufficient for business use.”
