Our check in with Lyne on 24th was professional and very friendly. We received particular impressive service again from Lyne, the reception staff member on night duty on 26th April. Lyne is an asset to the team but all staff were exceptional. Thank you so much.

In all honesty I was appalled at what we received for our money!! We scratched ourselves to prices all night they double layer the pillow slips with layers instead of putting fresh ones on each time . My partner had to ring a uber at 4:30 am as my son who's birthday it was screamed , itched and cried ...
