“We had a great stay here. It was perfect - enough bathrooms and rooms that were great sizes for our family. We had three adults and two kids (ages 1 and 3) (one slept in a pack and play). It was perfectly located and easy to get to downtown Leesburg and many of the wineries in the area. The weather was so nice and we enjoyed sitting on the porch at the end of the night. The yard was perfect for the kids. We’d definitely stay here again.”

“The home was perfect for our stay, we had 3 adult couples and our children between the ages 8-11. The home is perfectly set up for a get away. There is so much to do, a great pond for fishing or swimming, games galore, pool table, darts, and an outdoor fire pit. The home is remote, and very close to many wineries, antique shops, and more. Very quiet, ”

The location was in walking distance to multiple parks as well as easy access to 270. The pictures don’t do the place justice. The host was pleasant and very responsive. Very happy with our stay.”

The cottage is filled with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable, including those things that may have been left behind, like toothpaste and shampoo. It is exceptionally clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is ready for either cooking family meals or enjoying take-out. A bonus is the pond and an outdoor area. It beckons you to sit and enjoy nature while slowing down to take a deep breath and...

“So I had to book a place big enough for a large family last minute and found this property and let me tell you this property was spacious and breathtaking! Had a everything we needed for a home away from home! The fridge and stove were a dream! The plus was having washer/dryer access, hot tub and a massage chair! Oh and the tower!! The view from the deck was beautiful but from the tower was just amazing! Will definitely be coming back especially once the pool is built!”

“Every part of this trip was surprisingly delightful…from the long, gravel, road through the most beautiful farms to the treehouse. My husband and I felt so comfortable here. It’s a spacious and well-decorated home with modern conveniences. We spent most of our time watching the trees sway in the rain and at night watching movies in the dark. It was the perfect getaway for a tired teacher starting summer vacation! I’m already hoping to return in the fall. ”
