“Gianni a entendu ma demande d'une place de parking puisque je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et il a pris l'initiative de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussée. Cela s'appelle être au service et à l'écoute de sa clientèle, un grand merci ! Il a discuté volontiers avec moi, c'est tellement mieux qu'une boîte à clé ! Allez-y sans crainte, surtout si vous aimez le calme.”

“Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Parkplatz im Hof, vorherige Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp, damit sichergestellt werden konnte, dass ein Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ist. Zimmer geräumig. Im Hof eine kleine Sitzecke, um die Sonne zu genießen. Wir haben das Frühstück nicht genutzt, daher kann ich dazu nichts sagen. Bei Abreise haben wir einen Kaffee erhalten, sehr nett - danke!”

“My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Roncolo! The hotel is new and beautiful, everything is clean and stylish. The hotel, pool, and restaurant sit on a large area of secluded land so you feel very removed and peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes from the nearest town. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. They offer free wine tastings of their cellar and balsamic tastings. The restaurant was great, delicious tasting menu. “Das Hotel ist in einem gutem Zustand, die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Kaffee und Tee stand zur Verfügung. Einen Flaschenöffner gab es nicht auf dem Zimmer und auf Nachfrage sowohl an der Rezeption als auch in der Bar, war es nicht möglich einen Flaschenöffner zu bekommen (was ich als sehr enttäuschend empfand). Der Spa Bereich ist Aufpreispflichtig, was nirgends in der Beschreibung stand. Was ich ebenfalls als enttäuschend empfand.……

“This hotel is top notch. Great breakfast, very modern hotel with flashy style. The restaurant surprisingly has VERY good fresh Italian pasta…delicious. The rooms are excellent. Very good value for the price. Enjoyed the player piano soft breakfast music. Parking is great. You can walk into Modena old town but it is a 40 minute walk, although beautiful scenery along the way. Also great for Ferrari museum visitors if travelling by car between Modena and Maranello.”
