“I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean and the property seemed well looked after, including the pool. Coffee was available all day in the breakfast bar area and breakfast was included in the AM. The hotel staff and Manager were friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.”

“I didn’t even get to stay in my room because there were bed bugs and I refused the room. The property owner yelled at me and made me go down to the room and show him, and then proceeded to yell at me in the room and made me feel scared because of how aggressively he was yelling at me. Even after I showed him he still refused a refund and refused to cancel my stay. Him and Expedia robbed me of $170. I called Expedia to tell them about the bugs and the verbal abuse and they said all they can do is……
