“Beautiful classic Georgian country Pub. Big comfortable room with a huge bathroom. The bed was also big and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the pub so cannot comment on that, but the village has several nice places to eat.”

“I stayed for one night here, and i wasn't disappointed . Very friendly staff, easy check in, accommodation was perfect with everything you need from tea & coffee making facilities to shower gel etc . Very comfortable bed with crisp white bedding. I suffer with a bad bad , and I found the bed really comfortable . I had an evening meal at the lamb inn . I chose the lamb Henry which was slow cooked lamb presented on a bed of mashed potato and a mint gravy and seasonal vegetables, followed...

“Over all not the stay we were hoping for. The carvery roast and breakfast was good and the staff were nice. But the spa was not included in the room cost as described making it not worth £148 a night, the 4 poster bed was not as described in the online photos and the bedroom window opens up over another rooms private hot tub where they allow other guests to smoke all night filling our room with smoke.”

“Loud. Incredibly loud. First, they gave no indication that the room I was staying in opened directly onto the street. The door lock was strange, perhaps just something I'm not used to, but I struggled with ensuring that it was locked during the night. (I work in a technical field, I'm not dim, but jeez, I felt stupid) Considering people milling around outside the pub at night were quite drunk, shouty, and possessed of questionable decision making, I ended up putting a chair in front of the door...
