Charging a fee to access your room early when it's available is ridiculous and predatory. My room smelled like feces however as soon as I went downstairs to tell the clerk I was moved immediately. Don't waste your time calling down nothing was done when I called. My room was really nice and quiet once moved. The security staff at the pool was a real jerk even after showing him my asthma medication and need for water he wouldn't allow me to bring my water and questioned my medication accused me of possibly having a weapon in my purse. Complete lack of professionalism on 9/23/25 at 4:30. I had to walk past the unprofessional hourly worker.
