“The staff had to come up and turn the TV on. The shower did not work. There were people hanging outside the place at all hours( not a good look) . We normally love staying here;however, this time was different. Thank you”

“Ive been drug down threw there with Expedia and I'm letting them... Problem after problem after problem and the staff doesn't know how to fix anything. The phone help hotline is terrible and slow and the online chat help center is even worse!!! But I keep TRYING to book with them....”

“Bring your own pillows. There were no bed pillows! Only 3 small 14 inch decorative throw pillows on king size bed. Pool is out of order going on 3 years according to staff. Bed was very firm and uncomfortable if you have arthritis in hips. Overall, it was okay as far as cleanliness and being spacious.”

“All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from and the quality was good. Decaf coffee dispenser out of order was a bummer. The shower water pressure was great! The bed was very clean and comfortable. The two biggest negatives were that the key card could not hold the setting and I had to get a new key coded each time I needed to enter the room. Having stayed nearly a week it was pretty inconvenient. The other concern was the cleanliness of the……

“When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.”
