Given an upgrade on the 1st floor when my wife said she has troubles with elevators. A very good recommendation for dinner by the very nice lady at the desk.

Overall it was clean and nice

We thought the rooms and hotel altogether were superb but it wasn’t near as awesome as the staff. Night employees as well as day employees were probably the nicest, friendliest, most accommodating and eager to help in anyway possible staff I’ve ever met. 2 different times I went downstairs for something and ended up standing in the lobby visiting with different staff at the desk. That talk to you like they’ve known you forever. Staff like this would’ve made the stay worth it even if it had been a crappy room (but wasn’t, the room was perfect) you seriously need to give the 2 front desk employees that were working during my stay a substantial raise. You couldn’t have employees any better than them. Thank you for making our first time to Little Rock awesome and memorable and wanting to come back very soon. And don’t forget, they deserve a raise!!!!

Great rooms, comfortable beds. Great service

Room was decent and clean, but a little outdated/thread bare. Good value though.
