“The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was good. Parking was easy.”

“Just from start to finish wasn't enjoyable. On the phone was told included breakfast when I arrived it didnt. Room wasn't great. No back on remote to cover batteries with a toddler. Had to pay to use soft play as a guest. Nice girl in bar long ponytail was very helpful but other than that wont be back”

“Staff were excellent, so was the food. The room was fine. One downside was the absence of a desk lamp, which made working at the desk a little murky after dark. Also the room walls seem a bit thin; you can hear a lot from other rooms.”

“The hotel is in a central location easy walking round Ennis. It’s a beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. The staff are helpful and courteous. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean.”

“The room was disgusting. The bed had the box spring exposed without any cover directly on the floor and it was stained. Room had a sticky brown rug which had stains. Shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. Hairdryer was gross. The furniture was pealing. The breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly.”
