“The apt was great, nice size great view, end unit tons of light, nice size balcony. Right one of the pools and hot tub Had everything you need. Dishwasher and washer dryer were a bonus. The bed was very comfy and so was the furniture. The beach chairs and umbrella got a good work out. There was even pool noodles and a cooler. I would recommend renting a car, taxi and car service is really expensive. We were able to check out a lot of beaches and restaurants having the car. Peter was very good……

“The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”

“My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants. This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and……

“We are kiters so it is a fantastic location. Right on the Beach. The only AC is in the bedroom which worked great for sleeping but this means the rest of the house has no AC so keep the windows open. The screens need fixing and not all the windows will open because they are old and broken. Everything else worked in the house. Good water pressure in the shower too. If you are fine with the humidity and breeze you will be ok. I think the sofa is a pull out but I wouldn't make anyone sleep on it……

“We stayed at unit C. The place consist of several (maybe around 13) units each having their own entrance. Both Hazel and Sophie were very welcoming throughout our stay. The accomodation is very close to the airport (10mins) and centrally located on the island, making it easy to go to several different beaches all around the island (rental car is a must and it is surprisingly affordable ~$350 for seven days including taxes and insurance for a small (old fiat lookalike) Mazda). “The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! I will return and I will look for this exact same location and room. ”
